1. Service Refunds

Mobile Detailing & Maintenance Services: Refunds are not available once the service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
2. Custom Vehicle Sourcing Refunds

The $1,500 service fee for custom vehicle sourcing is non-refundable once a vehicle has been secured.

If a purchased vehicle is deemed a lemon (requiring a repair worth two-thirds of its purchase price within 90 days), we will replace the vehicle at no additional cost.
3. Roadside Assistance Refunds

Refunds for roadside assistance are only issued if our team is unable to provide the service.

If the issue persists after the service, we will revisit at no extra cost within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Product Returns & Refunds (Online Shop)

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Used products, custom orders, and electronic components.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Shipping & Processing Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we ship the wrong item or the item arrives damaged.

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and offer the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
6. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank policies.
