Refund Policy

At Hunza Motor Group, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality services and products. Please review our refund policy to understand our guidelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Service Refunds

  • Mobile Detailing & Maintenance Services: Refunds are not available once the service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

  • Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

2. Custom Vehicle Sourcing Refunds

  • The $1,500 service fee for custom vehicle sourcing is non-refundable once a vehicle has been secured.

  • If a purchased vehicle is deemed a lemon (requiring a repair worth two-thirds of its purchase price within 90 days), we will replace the vehicle at no additional cost.

3. Roadside Assistance Refunds

  • Refunds for roadside assistance are only issued if our team is unable to provide the service.

  • If the issue persists after the service, we will revisit at no extra cost within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Product Returns & Refunds (Online Shop)

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Used products, custom orders, and electronic components.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Shipping & Processing Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we ship the wrong item or the item arrives damaged.

  • If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and offer the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.

6. Processing Time for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank policies.
