Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hunza Motor Group. By using our website, booking our services, or purchasing products, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

  • Hunza Motor Group reserves the right to modify services, pricing, and policies at any time.

  • All transactions are subject to availability and approval.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Appointments for mobile detailing, maintenance, and repairs must be booked in advance.

  • Payments are required at the time of booking or service completion, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Custom Vehicle Sourcing & Lemon Guarantee

  • Customers provide vehicle preferences, and we locate the car through auctions.

  • A $1,500 non-refundable service fee applies once we secure the vehicle.

  • Every vehicle undergoes a 30-point inspection before purchase.

  • We offer a 3-month warranty—if the car is deemed a lemon, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • A lemon is defined as a vehicle requiring a major repair that costs at least two-thirds (â…”) of the car’s total purchase price within the first 90 days of ownership. This excludes normal wear and tear, maintenance issues, or damages caused by the customer.

4. Monthly Detailing & Maintenance Packages

  • Customers subscribing to a monthly plan agree to a minimum 3-month commitment.

  • Packages include scheduled services such as detailing, oil changes, and brake checks.

  • Payments are billed automatically each month.

  • Unused services do not roll over to the next month.

  • Cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

5. Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days and shipped via selected carriers.

  • Shipping times vary based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

  • Customers must inspect packages upon arrival and report any damages within 48 hours.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Hunza Motor Group is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage or issues that arise after a service unless directly related to our work.

  • Customers acknowledge that all vehicles are subject to normal wear and tear, and we do not guarantee against future mechanical failures.

  • We are not liable for delays due to weather, supplier shortages, or courier issues.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Hunza Motor Group may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
