    At Hunza Motor Group, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our in-house rim line, Tred House. Our policies are designed to protect your investment and ensure your satisfaction.

    Warranty Coverage

    All Tred House rims come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty that covers:

    • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

    • Structural failures under normal driving conditions

    • Finish defects (e.g., peeling, cracking, or fading) within 12 months of purchase

    What’s Not Covered:

    • Damage from curbs, potholes, accidents, or misuse

    • Improper installation or use of incorrect tire sizes

    • Cosmetic damage from harsh chemicals, improper cleaning, or neglect

    • Racing or off-road use (unless specifically designed for that purpose)

    Warranty Process:

    • Must provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue

    • We will inspect and determine if the damage falls under warranty

    • If approved, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion

    Return Policy

    • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase if rims are unused, unmounted, and in original packaging

    • A 15% restocking fee may apply

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Rims that have been mounted, installed, or driven on

    • Custom-ordered or modified finishes
